    I feel most people who are complaining about not receiving a preorder steelbook actually didn't have the item added to their cart during preorder checkout because the item was no longer available. The preorder steelbook was available for months just like the deluxe edition so if anyone missed out, blame procastination. If you did miss out and it was in your cart, then yes....blame BB!!!
