Great game... Best Buy do better!!

A "computer error" canceled my pre-order on 2/5/24 and I had to contact customer support to get it reordered but now I've lost out on the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Digital Pre-Order Bonus and the Scanavo - Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Steelbook... all due to errors on Best Buys part. I understand that compared to others I'm lucky to have even gotten my Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe Edition in the mail today. I took a chance and all I can say is lesson learned. No matter what pre-order bonus's they are offering in the future I will not pre-order at Best Buy again unless they make real changes and I can trust them to honor their own advertising.
