I preordered the game and it arrived on the right date and not several days after unlike other retailers. When I preorder games it will be through best buy from now on.

Was able to order this way back in September when it came first available and I picked both the deluxe and second steelbook in store with no problems in mint condition.

Got some extra stuff when I purchased this was a nice bonus to. A great game

Excellent game with minor flaws. Im currently 90 hours in and still nowhere near the end of the story. Tons of side quests and mini games to get your moneys worth.

Received the game with a box cutter slice on the side of the games box. Chatted into customer service and requested a partial refund. Nope, got to take a full refund and return game. Not a chance. Thanks again for turning a $100 purchase into an irritating mess. The agent was only doing their job but man take responsibility for your warehouse employees damaging product right when they open the shipment.

Let’s face it, if you played FFVII Remake and enjoyed it, its a no brainer to get the next installment. You don’t need a review to tell you otherwise

Thought I wasn't gonna get it but thank you best buy for pulling it off and making it work. Even after the refund you guys kept the order up and pulled it off. Kudos <3

They took anything negative about Final Fantasy Remake and fixed them. Side missions are better, world is far more open, and everything you do feels important.

This is my game of the year so far. Such a perfect reimagining of what Final Fantasy is. I hope they adapt it to the other classics like 6 and 8 through 10.

This game was worth the wait, definitely one of the best remakes. Also, this limited edition box was super nice, the outer box ans the art book are amazing.

Pre ordered the deluxe edition way back last year some time. The added steel book for pre ordering from best buy was shipped separately. Like theyve always been.

Best Buy needs to print more steelbooks when they want to promise custom items as part of the pre-order. I feel deceived as a customer when I chose to purchase here instead of other vendors because of the graphic promising an additional steelbook with the game which was not delivered. I would prefer to shop with vendors who can fulfill their advertised offerings.

The physical condition of the product was decent, if not a little dented at the corner. The game itself...oof. If you treasure the original and value solid storytelling, skip this. If you feel like playing some AAA schlock by SQEX, it's alright. But wait for it to inevitably drop in price.

Its now been three days since the game was released and I still don’t have a copy. I pre-ordered it september 2023 when best buy first released it and yet nothing. I have talked with the people at the call center, chatted with online help, and stopped by in the store each day. I actually took off work to pick it up and play it. Thanks for nothing best buy. I’ll do all my pre-orders at other retailers from now on

So far so good, love how fast Best Buy has shipped all my preorders as of late, they are my #1 place to shop for preorders because you get them day 1.

All complaining about not being in stock when it started in September and pre orders were open for weeks. GET THIS GAME NOW YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED

This game is really as big as people say it is. It’s fun to explore and honestly is a game for the ages. I can’t imagine how square Enix tops this.

Great game, the magic isn’t quite there like the first one

Fantastic sequel to one of the greatest rpg of all time Over 100 hours of playtime so it’s definitely worth getting the game
