The CD case is cracked and BestBuy doesn't care enough to replace the product. Overall very upset my box was crushed and i got a damaged product even though I spent $100.

They shipped the steelbook separately in a standard bubble mailer and it got damaged. Called customer service and they told me have to purchase a new one via an email that I never got. Fact is this was $100 game and they got the audacity to tell me I have to purchase again. No. They won’t be getting my business again with these preorders. Could’ve gotten this game anywhere else and not had an issue with customer service like I did.
