Site told me my order had been shipped but after waiting for days and nothing showed up, I decided to contact them and it turns out they "lost" my package before the moment they shipped it out. Are they really that incompetent? How does that even happen? Won't ever preorder something ever again with Best Buy and I advise that no one else should either! Now I'm SOL for placing my trust in Best Buy with a product that is now sold out everywhere else.
