No additional steel book with my pre order. Best buy could care less when I contacted them as well. Do not pre order from best buy. BUY FF7 REBIRTH THOUGH!

$100 to arrive in a bubble envolpe damaged

Will not be ordering from here anymore.

This review is in regard to the whole extra steelbook fiasco. Why not update the listing when the steelbooks ran out? Yes, i didn't order it as soon as it was posted. But since the listing still had the picture and description of having the bonus steelbook and dlc, i went ahead and purchased it. Should have gone to other retailers and at least get the STATED bonus items...

Should have just ordered it at Amazon. Dont advertise something if you guys cant live up to it

Best Buy Review- Shipment delayed?

I purchased this in November, and now my order is arriving tomorrow- 3/1/24- a day later than the release date. The game is going to be fantastic, once I get my hands on it. It will be relevant many years from now, unlike Best Buy, which will be out of business like so many other companies that don’t grow with the consumer market.

Terrible experience.

On Feb 5th they canceled my order and gave me no reason. I re-ordered that day and still waiting for my package 3 days after release. Never again!
