Game is great. This review is in regard to the whole extra steelbook fiasco. Why not update the listing when the steelbooks ran out? Yes, i didn't order it as soon as it was posted. But since the listing still had the picture and description of having the bonus steelbook and dic, i went ahead and purchased it. Should have gone to other retailers like gamestop, and gotten the hat. Smh! Horrible on bestbuy part!

No complaints about the actual game. It’s as wonderful as expected. However, like others, I was expecting a second steel book as advertised. I did not receive it and when I asked customer service for an explanation I was told that the second steel book was a first come first serve item. Which again, was not advertised anywhere. Extremely disappointed.

I preordered a copy of this back in September of 2023, and have been in contact with Best Buy customer support for 5 days now since it still hasn't arrived. The offshore support doesn't understand that this item is limited and won't be restocked. I still haven't received the item, and don't expect to at this point, despite multiple reassurances that the package is coming, and ridiculously long wait times. Completely unacceptable, and I will no longer be preordering anything from Best Buy ever again. Absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to get something from them.

So still have yet to receive my game or the steel book, since they are coming from two different states. Now my order is delayed, I preordered this game months ago!!! Im super disappointed and upset that preprders arent handled better!! Why dont they ship so that they arrive on release day?!? Who knows will ill receive my game -__- The game I heard is absolutely wonderful !! Wish I could enjoy it.

As I suspected, my item was damaged in shipping. Would've preferred in store pick up. unless I can pick up in store, I won't purchase it from Best buy

As always with preordering from best buy, my game wasnt delivered on release day nor has it arriver 3 days later.. they use Fedex and like always, fedex has a million delays. Like many others have stated, im sure if mine ever arrives itll be damaged or missing the preorder steelbook or something... How many times will i learn the same lesson from this joke of a business.. im sure the game is great. This review is aimed at best buy company..

I’m sure the game is great. I preordered it (twice, because Best Buy cancelled it the first time). I lost my opportunity to get the exclusive steelbook. Why? No clue. Wanna know why I say “I’m sure the game is great?” Because I don’t freaking have it yet. Three weeks after release, when I was guaranteed a receive-by date of 29 February, and here I am on 20 March checking the tracking, and the game isn’t even in the state yet. Best Buy will never be getting my business again for this type of product if they make this right. It’s absolute nonsense that customers have to deal with this crap.

Pre ordered this game thinking I would get a steelbook but getting a “digital bonus”. Like im glad the people who preordered early are getting steelbook but it’ll be great for everyone else to get the “exclusive” steelbook too. Anyways showed up to best buy to hopefully get a steelbook that hasnt been claimed yet but they didnt have any…Such BS. Overrall Happy release day but Best Buy is wack!

I preorder the deluxe edition. When i got the steelbook case that best buy was promoting, it was completely damaged to the point where it doesnt even close. I am very disappointed in the shipping and handling process.

Best buy is an absolute joke. Their contract with ontrac is terrible. Il still waiting for delivery even though its been out for delivery in the same city since 7am. They aim to save a few bucks but guess what you are costing yourself customers. Ill go elsewhere next time

Preordered through Best Buy because it had a steelbook preorder bonus. Opened package and of course, it's not there. Just like the countless reviews here, I called Best Buy and they said it's soldout, don't know when more are coming, and won't offer a credit or anything for compensation. This is FRAUD and the worst place to buy video games! DO NOT PREORDER ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!

I ordered the deluxe edition which in the description & photos said it included a bonus steelbook case. Upon receiving my order I did not receive the bonus steelbook. Customer service says they "ran out of stock" but won't refund the value of the steelbook. Order elsewhere.

My order wasn't just delayed into the next day, bestbuy also canceled the pre-order bonus steelbook without telling me even though it was shown in my pre-order until recently and considering their using fedex i can guarantee it will come damaged or delayed again...

First it was delayed, and then when it did arrive it was delivered to the wrong place. When I called about it being replaced, they can’t replace it cause it’s out of stock so now I gotta hope it comes back in stock to get what I actually ordered.

Game is great, but beware counting on steelbook preorder bonuses from Best Buy. They canceled mine at the last minute for no reason.

Unfortunately I was one part of the group that got a corrupt install disk in the deluxe edition. I didn't return it because I wanted to keep everything else that came with the edition. I had to buy the game digitally and install that way.

I should of had this as a store pick up. Mine was delivered to the wrong address. They took a picture to show that it was delivered… and ive looked around the other houses and cant find my package…. Never will i deliver to house again.

From what the deliverer told me the packaged is severely damaged. And now neither Fed-Ex or Best Buy refuse to send me the game. Absolute worst Customer Service on both sides.

No matter what I never get my preorder bonus that they list on the page. The options I get are oops we’re out or you can refund it… I preorder months ago and my option is to refund the item. What a great feeling
