Game is fine, Best Buy didn't follow through with the additional steel book.

Got it in the mail at the end of the day and no preorder steelbook f bestbuy

Canceled preorders, damaged collectors editions because you use paper thin bubble mailers with popped bubbles. Best Buy preorders are always the worst. They'll ship 3000 dollar gfx card in bubble mailers.

My first order was cancelled was lucky enough to get another preorder. Now fedex has yet to deliver but they delivered my preorder bonus. Best buy go with a different company to ship things fedex is awful.

Arrived a day late and without the steelbook very dissapointing

No Bonus Steelbook was included with my pre-order.

An awesome game! Graphics unbelievable. A little quirky sometimes (ie: Red X, acquiring items). Haven't played through the game yet, working on it!) but loving how the storyline of FF is emerging, letting us finally see the whole story. Kudos to all who worked on this!

I bought this game first, got PS5 system later! That tells you something, right? Yeah, FFVII (rebirth) is that good! Love the characters, graphic, story, gameplay, EVERYTHING! Highly recommended!

Amazing game. This is a rollercoaster ride unlike no other. The combat, the music, the characters, it just all ties in perfectly.

After ordering a deluxe copy and getting canceled in error, so they say. Best buy managed to botch this several times by giving me the run around. I received an email to preorder any copy with a $30 e-gift card and the steelbook would be provided upon pick up. I go to the the store to pick up my preorder and no steelbook. I ask the pick up prder employee what is going on and directed me to talk to management, the fact that their manager was clueless about know the product says apot about best buy. As an ex employee its imperative that you know your products. Not only did i waste my time, i really gave them a chance to make this right and they failed miserably. The steelbook is the only reason i came to best buy because i thought it was the best deal out of all the preorders. The upside to this is, i paid $45, will indo it again? No. Best buy deserves to go the sears route and close their doors.

I ordered the deluxe edition for pick-up at my local store. Come the day before release, i get a mesaage saying my item is not ready for pick-up. Two days later it now says it is delayed. I call BestBuy and am on the line for 30 minutes with four different call center employees. They finally tell me that I have to get in contact with the location staff MYSELF IN-PERSON to find out what is going on. I go there and get told that the item i pre-ordered back in SEPTEMBER, is on backorder. How is an item i paid for last year not guaranteed to be there for me on the release day?

Game is AWESOME! However, best buy not so much. They cancelled my preorder for the deluxe editon, and by the time that this happened, the deluxe was sold out not only here, but EVERYWHERE. Its really upsetting because on top of that, the customer suppory LIED about the deluxe being restocked Feb 29, the game’s release date. It was not restocked ever, and I lost my chance to get any preorder bonuses because of their lies, miscommunication, and lack of support. I did get a $30 best buy gift card as an apology from customer support, but that is nothing compared to all of the items I missed out on. I was really looking forward to the artbook and cd, but now that Im unable to order them- I’d have to pay a ridiculous resale price for them secondhand. I genuinely do NOT care about Best Buy’s “system issue” they should have compensated better, or have been better prepared. Do better Best buy.

This Preorder was my first in a long time, i got the Limited Edition and Steelbook from Best Buy. Pick-Up was super easy and was home and playing within 30 minutes!
