Now fedex has yet to deliver but they delivered my preorder bonus. Best buy go with a different company to ship things fedex is awful.

Best buy managed to botch this several times by giving me the run around. I received an email to preorder any copy with a $30 e-gift card and the steelbook would be provided upon pick up. I go to the the store to pick up my preorder and no steelbook. I ask the pick up prder employee what is going on and directed me to talk to management, the fact that their manager was clueless about know the product says apot about best buy. As an ex employee its imperative that you know your products. Not only did i waste my time, i really gave them a chance to make this right and they failed miserably. The steelbook is the only reason i came to best buy because i thought it was the best deal out of all the preorders. The upside to this is, i paid $45, will indo it again? No. Best buy deserves to go the sears route and close their doors.

Come the day before release, i get a mesaage saying my item is not ready for pick-up. Two days later it now says it is delayed. I call BestBuy and am on the line for 30 minutes with four different call center employees. They finally tell me that I have to get in contact with the location staff MYSELF IN-PERSON to find out what is going on. I go there and get told that the item i pre-ordered back in SEPTEMBER, is on backorder. How is an item i paid for last year not guaranteed to be there for me on the release day?
