A game that i preordered since last year in September. I called them twice and called their main customer services. That was when i found out they ran out of stock. How does that even happen?

Best buy canceled order from there mistake.

Thye said it was a error on their part. So I lost my chance to get a copy of this game. Go somewhere else. Best buy is not who they were before.

NO EXCLUSIVE PRE-ORDER STEELBOOK

Do not promote you will give an exclusive steelbook to pre-orders when you cannot honor that to customers. That is so bad for the image and it makes customers lose trust. We could have all pre-order somewhere else if we knew you will pull this. You should be fair and give steelbooks to ones that had pre-ordered
