If not THE GOAT. I’m about 40 hours in and I think I’m about halfway through the game. Maybe? Hard to tell. The character development, the world, the scale, the humor, the battle system, the mini-games, literally every aspect of this game shows that Square Enix went to SO much effort to give FF7 fans and the story itself the love and care it/we deserved.

However the amount of detail in this game is just amazing and only being half way through the game right now I can say any fan of the FF7 game should play this game and I'm looking forward to completing the story and see what could be next
