Defective steelbook which is why I mainly got this version for.

It's still amazing to play if you haven't played the original.

Still have not gotten. My bonus dlc that I paid extra for.

This game is beautiful, but it's crap. The voice acting is annoying, it's too SUPER KAWAII, the lack of turn based combat sucks, the changes to the summons, the lack of materia... The worst part is that I've waited 23 years for this and it's padded out. There's no reason to just do the first 10% if they didn't waste time stretching out the little bit that they did remake. Why have a 2 minute boss battle when you can turn it into a 25 minute battle? It's not even a remake of the original, it's a brand new reboot. I'm sorry, it's the first 40 hours of a brand new reboot. Be prepared to pay at least $180 to play the entire game This is such a disappointment.

The game is the best but i gave two stars because i per order two copies and only got one pre order bones code i called to ask why and they wouldn't give me an answer best but lucky we in Quarantine or else i would be in there right now

I did not receive the DLC I paid extra for and could not get ahold of anyone at Best Buy to correct the situation.

Game is great, Pretty upset about my code never arriving and not having any clear path to getting support.

Call customer care and speak to different people and got the same outcome. Tweeted about it and got through to someone and guess what? Same outcome! Steelbook was dented and broken when I opened it and what was I told? We can’t do anything about it but we DO have an extended return policy in case in somehow does come back in stock. Mind you I preordered the game and got it a week late to begin with!

I never got my DLC for pre ordering the game. Bestbuy was not able to help when I contacted them. This not the first time I pre-ordered with Bestbuy and I had issues. Don't recommend pre-ordering with them. Besides that, the game is great. Just wished I would be able to play with the exclusive DLC. I'm never pre-ordering from Bestbuy.

THEY ARE SELLING THESE AS PREORDER BONUSES AND NOT SHIPPING OR EMAILING THE PROMO CODES BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE THEM I WAS JUST TOLD ON BESTBUY HELP LINE THAT THEY OVER SOLD THEM AND CANNOT GIVE ME MY CODE I PAID FOR LAST MONTH DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!

The box of the item has obvious dents and scratches from storage and handling. I didn't notice due to the haste of curbside service otherwise I would have asked for an other copy. I won't be buying games from best buy again

Delivered today. Externally, the screen looks intact. But once powered up several screen lengths cracks appear. Now I have to figure out how to return a 100+ pound item that won’t fit in my car.

This game only covers the first 10 percent of the game with a bunch of filler content that is garbage. Not worth the money.

Kingdom hearts fan fiction. It just pretends it’s FF7 for a few hours. Don’t buy. Don’t support Nomura’s ego.

Still have not received pre order DLC code, which is supposed to be sent via email. Get it together bestbuy.

Incredible game, fun gameplay and really captures the feel of the original.

Played multiple times, to get the different cut scenes and experiences. such a great remake, beautiful and super fun. can’t wait to play part 2.
