highly recommend the remake. worth the purchase but if the game hasnt hit $20 yet i'd recommend waiting and buying it when the price goes down. this is only half a game, but i would still recommend it.

The game is amazing, it retells the story with MORE details, more side quests. Some of it does feel a bit tedious though. But the combat is more Kingdom Hearts style, with ability to control other characters in your party.

Had such a great time with this game! Seeing everyone again with new next gen graphics was mind-blowing! Beautiful cutscenes along with awesome gameplay / battle system makes this my favorite game of the year so far.

A fan of the original this is a love letter to fans. Got to really know more and care about the characters. The music is amazing and really hits you in the feels. The graphics are amazing and jaw dropping at some points.

While not a perfect game FF7R is an excellent remake to a beloved classic. I'm greatly enjoying my time with it and highly recommend it to both old fans like me and newcomers who want to see what all the fuss is about.

Many aspects such as combat, soundtrack and presentation has been adapted to a more modern style. While the changes will not please everyone, ff7 remake is definitely worth a playthrough for action games enthusiasts.

Brings back memories of the first FF game I played. We all know the outcome but with a new telling of story and awesome graphics and new combat system, this game is worth while. New and old fans are in for a treat!

Graphics are phenomenal and the combat system is well beyond fun. Played through twice and 100% the game, highly recommend. The steelbook is eye catching and the art book plus soundtrack are great collectibles.

reliving this amazing story again is a great experience. battle system is fun and classic mode is also available. beautiful visuals and audio really keep the player immersed in the wonderful world of final fantasy

I played FF VII on PS 1 before. This remake reminds me the good story with FF VII. The graphics is very good with this remake, and the new battle system takes time to learn and make the game more interesting.

This is a really good game. It's not a direct remake of the original because it has more story line. I wouldn't even say it's as good as the original because that is a classic. But by itself this is a good game.

I loved the original more than any other in the series so this release was very special. Beautiful gameplay updated so stylishly. Worth every penny. Not sure I needed the soundtrack but the art oil is gorgeous.

Awesome game! I still have the original 3 disc from the 90s and this remake is just as great. Combat system takes a bit of getting used to but love the expanded story and gameplay. A must get for any fan if FF7

Everything I've been hoping for in the remake! Battle system is great, visuals are gorgeous. I got the Deluxe edition, but the extras probably aren't worth the $20 unless you're a diehard fan.

I have been playing non stop since I got the game and its better then I expected. The only downside its only a fraction of the original game so we have to wait and buy more games to see the whole story.
