Having played the original version in the PS, I am extremely happy that they remade the game. There are two battle systems that the player can choose from which I like. I definitely like the new graphic.

I've longed for this game to become a remake and finally its here, now it may be a portion of the game but it's worth the time to play amd relive all those fund memories, especially in super high quality.

I am happily surprised at how great the remake of the wonderful Final Fantasy VII came out to be. There is more story to it and the action and set pieces are wonderful and fits right for this modern age.

Love this game. I played the original Final Fantasy 7, and this remake blew my mind. Wonderful storytelling, gorgeous graphics, and surprises that I wouldn't have expected from a remake.

Was a huge fan of the original and love what they have done. This game felt like it was never going to be released and it looks like they took the extra development time to really make it a solid game.

This is an awesome remark but, there will be more parts to come and in this one you never leave Midgard. However, the story is very flushed out and you will get attached to the characters very quickly

For anyone looking to experience one of the all time classics with modern graphics, you will not be disappointed. FF7 has an expansive storyline and none of it lost on this remake. Nostalgia complete!

Final Fantasy games are always great on storyline and XII is one of the best! The graphics are stunning, gameplay is exciting, enough option to be very customizable yet also easy enough to just play.

i was a little worried that they might ruin this classic game, but they did an amazing job with it. i love it! my only complaint is that this isn't the complete game and it will be in multiple parts

Love the original, played it when I was a teen. I bought a ps4 pro just for this game, and did not regret it. Will buy a ps5 for the next one.

Actually really good game, fills in more details and gives the world of FF7 more depth. Anyone who was a fan of the original will definitely have this high on the want list.

This game was MUCH better than I expected and I had high expectations. I have waited years for this game. I loved getting some back story on some side characters and it was done VERY WELL.

Amazing game with an even more amazing Steelbook case! The DLC is adorable too! The story is slightly different to the original PS1 story, but it is still another Masterpiece made by Square Enix!

I personally enjoyed my time with the game. Sure, there are some KH themes in the end, but even if you don't like the KH franchise, this is still an amazing game. Sidequests are actually interesting (don't let the ones in ch3 fool you. If you do all of them, you actually get a choice scene unlocked). The characters and their relationships are fleshed out. More content is added the original midgar section (it took me roughly 35 hours to finish the main campaign including all the sidequests). Hard mode unlocks once you've beaten the game. You can switch difficulty at any time in your playthrough. This is only part one and it does end on something of a cliffhanger, so be warned there.

Rather you've played the original or not, this is a must-have game for everyone. This game is seriously amazing and so beautiful. There's not really much else to say, just you won't regret it!

Well worth the wait. It feels great to relive my childhood. The controls and graphics are top notch. Now, time to wait another 84 years for the sequel so I can play it with my grandchildren.
