Amazingly remade game. Requires no pre-playing of the original. They certainly started with the basics of Final Fantasy 15, but polished it, and made it into its own game.

As a long time fan I've waited so long for this, and it did not disappoint! I love this game. The only downside is having to wait another 3 years for the next installment!

A fun new take on a classic jrpg. This isn't the full story, so it seems somewhat incomplete, but still had the length of a typical final fantasy.

A great first installment in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Project. Deluxe version is the way to go. It comes with a Sephiroth steelbook, an art book and a mini soundtrack.

I love FFVII. I have all the play arts kai figures, etc. I love how they stretched this out, however at times it’s obvious they are slowing things down to stretch it out. You do get more depth of character though. Not too happy with decisions regarding Sephiroth and I disliked the ending, but this is a high quality deluxe edition loaded with great extras!

Man this bring back so many great memories And this remake looks so freaking awesome And the game play are great and I can’t wait for the next installments of the game

I am not a big fan of FF7. It has been one of my least favorite FF games ever made. FF7 Remake has made me fall in love with this game. The DX version is well worth.

I feel like a kid again. This remake was all I wanted it to be. Probably over rating it because the origonal was my favorite game of all time, but 5 stars and must buy.

I never played the original FF7 so I wanted to experience the story with FF7 REMAKE, the combat is crazy, the characters are loveable and voice actings are top notch!

the game is just what I expected. Simple game play and beautiful graphics. The environments are extremely detailed and I spend lots of time just looking around.

Literally what your minds eye remembers the first one to be like. It’s incredible. Not just a graphical update but a slight reimagining. GET IT. STOP THINKING ABOUT IT

Worth every penny! I know it's only part 1 but it expands on the original in every way. The battle system takes some time to get used to but this is a fantastic game.

Keep in mind that this is only part 1 - but it is a lengthy 40 hours of gameplay and bonuses after! Lots of replay ability. Worth a look for any Action RPG fan!

This game is an incredible remake! The beauty and the ease of the combat is fantastic! Even if you’ve never played a final fantasy game, it’s a great way to start!

Very short time playing, but this remake is bringing back great memories of playing the original game in the late 90’s.

I definitely have enjoyed sitting down and revisiting and re-exploring Midgar with this amazing game. Well worth the incredibly long wait, looking forward to more!

This game is awesome. They have added to the story to it a bit but not too much. Only issue is that it only covers Midgar. Can't wait for the next part to come out.

As far as Best Buy, they sent it and I received it timely, no issues. In terms of the actual game, it’s beautiful and as impressive as I hoped it would be as a lover of the original. The only (kind of serious) caveat is that I enjoyed it in my early(ish) youth, and was excited to share it with my sons, but there is a ton of swearing all over this game.

The visuals and updated gameplay for this game are amazing! I have thoroughly enjoy playing through this and cannot wait for the next installment of the series.
