This game looks awesome! Plays beautifully. Glad i got the Deluxe edition. I collect steelbooks and this steelbook is beautiful.

So far this has more than exceeded my expectations, and the crazy part is that this only the beginning of the original version.

Fun game with nice graphics and very enjoyable to play. I have been waiting for this game and it didn't disappoint me at all.

Reliving this game is awesome and the updates are interesting updates including lore added onto the mythology through the years

Overall, this is a great remake. It is fun to dive back into the world of Midgar in an expanded format and a lot of the changes are for the better. I am still somewhat unsold on the combat system (mostly because the game doesn't give you much chance to practice figuring out your strategies by providing you with a good spot to grind through some back-to-back combat situations where you can test things out, heal up, go back through and test again). Other than that, can't wait for the next chapter.

the game is great but it only covers like 16percent of the original ffvii from ps1.. more coming soon hopefully not too long.

Do you love FF7? Get this game. Is it exactly like the original? No definitely not. Is it better than the original? Hard to say it's only a small part of the entire original game thus far. I appreciate SQEX taking a risk and trying to bring a new vision to this game and I think they did a good job in a lot of ways. It's familiar enough where I didn't feel like I was playing a completely different Final Fantasy but it is different enough where it didn't feel completely familiar to the original. My only gripe really is that SQEX split this game up into chunks in order to milk more money. They definitely put more effort to flesh out the game's environment (in this case just Midgar) but this game represents such a TINY part of the original FF7 my concern is if they keep up at this rate this is literally going to be a 10+ part game at the end. I think they could've put in more of the story and I'm not looking forward to having to buy 10+ parts of FF7 Remake.

One of the best games I've ever played. An excellent and well-made remake of one of the greatest games of all time.

This game is a remasters if the classic final fantasy 7. The updated version looks incredible and plays great on the PS4

Overall a really good game. Way better than square enix recent works and graphics are crazy good. All games should get this.

Everything thing in this package is pretty great for fans of the remake. It includes not only the game, but a CD, an extra steelbook case, summon dlc, and artbook. My favorite being the artbook. The dlc is subpart and is one of the worst summons in the game. Pick it up if you're interested.

Game took a deeper dive into characters. Big change from actual turn based strategy although I could still make it that way.

This remake is everything that a kid in the 90s could dream of, if you were a FF fan. Graphics and gameplay are phenomenal!

I bought a refurbished PS4 so that my son could play this game. He has been playing it for the past 4 days and he has about 32 hours logged. He loves it. He has been a nintendo fan boi forever, but smash has opened up other games to him, like FF and whatever game Joker is in. Regardless, it seems to be worth it. Sucks that he has to stay inside most of the time because of the covid-19, but at least he has PS4 and this game to help him keep his mind off of things. Stay safe everyone.
