Nostalgia is real in this game. Disappointed that it doesnt cover the whole OG game but thats a good thing because the future of this game is gonna be GREAT!!

Purchased online and pick up at store game is awesome however my only concern wasonce I open up my game the right corner of case of for game was damaged bad.

I spent hundreds of hours on the original game when i was a teenager, i am dissapointed that this is not the whole game, but it is a good game none the less.

As a person who thinks FVII (the original) is one of the best games ever made, I knew whatever they made would not measure up. To say I'm disappointed is beyond true. This game is only in midgar so it amounts to about 5 hours of the original game. A big issue for me is that the summons are practically worthless as you can only use them in tough battles. I'm a big fan of the older FF games because I love the grind and the treasure hunt. This game has none of that its 95% linear and is played very fast. I'll still buy however games it takes to play the whole series but I doubt I'll replay this one more than once.

Just kidding the original was so much better the ending was fun but didn't make sense in the game. Will be buying the next ones when they are released.

I have played the original and this version has more content and detail, you can tell the people behind this game have a love and passion for this project.

I played the original on my PS1 and was very pleased with the new battle system, gorgeous graphics, and more in depth storyline for the characters. 10/10

Not a lot to complain about in this reimagining of the classic PlayStation game. Fleshed out the story. Sure there’s filler but it’s so good you don’t mind.

After waiting for multiple decades for a rerelease I can tell you I wasn't disappointed. Lots of fun and you get to relive some childhood memories.

It isn't exactly what is advertised as it is more something as an addition to the extended universe but does a good job retelling the experience of Midgar.

As a big ff7 fan this is everything I could have hoped for in the game the voices are just like I thought of them in my head in the original 23 years ago.

By far the best remaster of all time. It’s not the full game from the original but I can’t even be mad with all of the love they put in this, awesome job!

Now this is a remake so not everything is the same as the original obviously but I'm a huge fan and still love it! Great game for old fans and new players!

You get a lot of collectors items in the box. An artbook, steelbook, and music cd as well as the game.
