Square did a really good job mapping the skills to the controller. Most MMO's have playability issues on consoles, especially when paired with PC players. PS4 players have no such limitation, and have proven that you don't need to be sequestered away from the living room to enjoy a classic MMO!

When looking for a game for for the PlayStation 4 this is definitely one of those. It has data on the disc that works solely with the PlayStation 4 that works at initially with the system to create an experience that can be enjoyed on the PlayStation 4.

While sometimes this game feels overly grindy it is less so then most MMO's you can advance at your own rate without feeling too far left behind. The community is great most of the time and overall great. If you're considering this game, buy it!

Online Final Fantacy is not for everyone. It's a second life. And in life you always need some change. It's finally here. Most will love it, some will hate change. This is just what I needed to enrich the game, gameplay, and the people I play with or against.

MMORPG. this game is a level above its predecessor FFXI. the expansion adds new job classes and areas to play in. the best part of all is the gold saucer from FFVII where you can play mini games. get the expansion to the base game.

I highly recommend FFXIV for any person who enjoys MMOs. This game is highly underrated and ranks up at the top of my favorite MMO list. The ability for a character to level any class in the game offers much variety.

Producer/Director Naoki Yoshida should be given a medal for resurrecting FFXIV from its original broken state. He's produced an amazing MMO, and the Heavensward expansion continues his vision. Great stuff!

You'll never get less then 5 stars from me when it involves FF. I have been playing since the Nintendo days and have enjoyed them ever since. Look forward to the release and many hrs of future game play

Only complaint is that this is absolutely useless unless you own the original game and have hit the level cap. Other than that this is the beat final fantasy game since the original playstation ones.

I have been playing since the initial release of the second version of this game and was very surprised by the lasting community and content, very great game even for non Final Fantasy fans.

A Realm Reborn really turned things around for Final Fantasy XIV. If you enjoyed the experience in the original game, it is maintained flawlessly in the first expansion.

This mmo is very fun and engaging. The action MMO part does not capture you like Black Desert Online or Terra but the combat effects and sounds are awesome. It is a very fun mmo and if I had to critique one area it would be the amount of dialogue. WOW. There is SO much to read at every turn of the game. If you do not care about lore or story then you can skip on through the dialogue and just enjoy the game.

I really enjoy MMORPG and this is the first outside of World Of Warcraft I have played and I really enjoy the game. I prefer the controller to a keyboard mouse and they have done a great job with making it easy to play through the controller. The game is not to complicated and the graphics are really nice. One of the best games I have played in a while.

Final fantasy is what an mmo should be and is well worth getting the expansion for. Being able to play on a console is an added bonus.

If you're already a fan of FFXIV, then this is more of that, which is great. Obviously make sure you have FFXIV before buying this.

Love the game!!! The expansion is very much worth it. Sadly it doesn't come with any month free but it's still good!

what can i say its more realm reborn which is a good thing. get ready to lose your social life all over again!

This game is great. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get into a good MMORPG on a console or PC.
