FFXV has one of the most powerful openings in the series. From there, the open world portion of the game is phenomenal. The story arc feels a bit rushed, but this was still a blast to play and I had a ton of fun going through it.

I really enjoyed playing this video game, it was very fun.

While I thoroughly have enjoyed my time with this game, I would recommend forgoing this version and getting the "definitive" edition - aka Royal Edition. Comes with all the DLC from the season pass and more, definitely worth the higher price tag for the other version

I have always been a fan of final fantasy but this one is a modern interpretation of the game, with real time action and rpg leveling up, combined with great cinematics, weapons, enemies and replay value. Love this game so much.

Goofy and fun in all the right ways. A massive world with a cast you want to spend time with. Breathes a fresh new element into a long-running series with moment to moment gameplay that is compelling and fun. One for the ages!

I was very surprised they change the style. But great game

Only took a little more than a decade, but so far I am really enjoying it. Lots of new mechanics and changes that lovers of classic FF may not be drawn to, but they make sense, for the most part. Definitely a great game so far.

Actual rating is 4.5 out of 5. I'm mostly enjoying the exploration aspect of this game. I was also happy that we could change the audio and subtitle languages. Beautiful graphics, decent combat, very time consuming.

The graphics are polished and well done, there is a ton of content, and the gameplay, while a little simple, is well balanced. My biggest complaint is that it feels like you spend most of your time just trying to get from one place to another. Overall, a solid entry into the series.

I haven't played FF since X and didn't know how much it has changed since then. The game is easy to get into and isn't hard to learn if you have played any other current RPGs. Also, the PS4 Pro added features are great too!

i spent countless hours doing the sidequests and collecting the ultimate weapons. it is easy to get side tracked from the story and want to complete everything. however, when you do decide to stay with the story line, it is utterly rubbish. it is short and makes no sense at all!!!

I'm not much of a FF fan but I bought this game for my wife for Christmas. The game looks really good and the animation is very fluid. It runs at a pretty good fps on the ps4. Overall I'd say that it is a good game for first timers or veterans who are feeling skeptical after FFXIII.

The game runs really smooth. The system is great and easy to use. I should buy this game earlier as now I need to spend more time to try to finish the game. It is a good buy as the price was reduced in recent month.

I've been waiting for the 15 installment for the last ten years and the great wait is over. Final Fantasy 15 is somewhat different than there turn based predecessors. The combat style is unique and the open world is beautiful.

So, almost done with the game. It's the kind of game where you can beat it fast, about 35 hours, or take it slow like me and spend 100ish hours. To really enjoy it I recommend watching the mini anime series and the movie.

This is my first FF game on any console. I didn't know what to expect, but this is pretty fun. I didn't know if FF was a turn-based or real-time game. This turned out to be both - it's your choice on how you want to play. I wish I had played some of the other games in the series.

With the long awaited debut. The XV has landed. I have a PS4PRO and the game running very smooth. This is a review for only that version. PS4 PRO does what it says smooth frame rate and bring the world to FFXV to life in 4k.
