This would be good if it wasn’t labeled as a Final Fantasy game. As an FF game is falls far short of what is expected of the series. The story itself, which isn’t that good, is only about 4 hours long, the rest is side missions.

I'm more of a shooting game fan. But it was the commercials that got me interested in this game. I like the game play as well as the graphics.

The game was the best ff game I've played.i really do not enjoy turn-based combat. I loved using wait mode. Only main issue was the game was not delivered an time. But that was on usps.

visually impressive game. simply a marvel to look at. gameplay is fun. story is terrible and doesnt make sense. huge holes in plot. do not expect a true final fantasy experience in this.

It is a solid game. If you are a fan of Final Fantasy you will like this. It is also easy for someone who is new to the series to start here.

Story could use more depth and I feel like there are way too many sidequests, mostly just fetch quests, that end up taking too much time and become tedious. Love the new battle system.

The stereotype of final fantasy and anime has been in my head for years. Regardless this game is awesome and fun. Great graphics

Best final fantasy game since the last couple for the PlayStation 2. Really enjoyed the open world with plenty of linear dungeons built in.

Square has done an excellent job of merging FF with Kindom Hearts. It's a fun game with hours of game play 15 Chapters total I'm only on 5 and already have over 30 hours of play time.

This new Final Fantasy does not disappoint! It is a great addition to the entire series, and this Day One Edition has tons of great extras.

This game is a super bro down. These young lads love each other so much that they coordinate their outfits and make yummy food on a big road trip. They also really like cup-o-noodles.

Just as addicting as the classic Final Fantasy games. I haven't been able to stop playing it. I would recommend it to any Final Fantasy Fan.

This game has so much potential. It's a great game, unfortunately it's just not finished. The game has many mechanics that are broken or don't make sense as if they were not finished, and the middle 5 or 6 chapters of the game make no sense at all and lack connections, dialogue, and story. Wait a year on this game, let the devs finish patching everything and adding extra content, then play the game. It should also be noted that this is the easiest Final Fantasy I've ever played, no difficulty at all...which was disappointing.

A different kinda FF game. The open world is great and the hunts are good. I wish they would remake FF 9 for the PS4 and make it like this.

I truly enjoyed the open world experience, however it becomes very linear towards chapter 7. A far better experience than Final Fantasy 13.

Awesome great addition to amazing franchise. Wasn't sure about the combat, but actually became a big fan of it. Going for the platinum now.
