Great Game

I wasn't a fan of the turn-based fighting and text-reading of the previous games, but this one reminds me of the Kingdom Hearts series (action-packed fighting and overall feel). As soon as I saw gameplay videos on YouTube of this game I knew I had to get it.

Glorious Game Engine

The game runs smoothly, and is a new experience to play. The environment is beautiful, but the graphics do not meet my expectations from next-gen performance. It is about the same graphic quality as FFXIII (I'm playing on Xbox). The character designs are kind of corny, but the overall product should not be judged by just that.

An epic adventure!

The only thing i didn't really like was that the character were annoying at first, but by the end you grow to care about them. If you are a fan of Final Fantasy it will be a change of pace from the previous titles, but there is plenty about this game that IS Final Fantasy.

Fun RPG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little hesitant when purchasing this game mainly because I had never played any of the Final Fantasy games before. The game's story is stand alone, which is nice because I was not really familiar with the series as a whole. The combat system is very fluid and fast paced which makes the game very fun and interactive. I am a big fan of RPGs in general and this was a very fun game to play.
