Its a good FF game with a lot of improvements from previous titles. I pick this up for the X1 experience. Making it the definitive version.

played the ps version and wanted it on the xbox. once the price was right gave the ps version to a friend, suppose to look better on xbox

Final Fantasy XV was one of the biggest surprises to me in 2016. Not only did I put in over 35 hours into the game in my first 3 days with the game, but I have completely 100% the game which is rare in and of itself for me. The story was fantastic in my personal opinion and I grew very attached to all of the characters throughout the 30+ hour campaign. The free roam environment is rich with things to do and very well constructed. After the campaign there is a great amount of Monster Hunts, Side Missions, and Dungeons to explore which will allow you to put in well over 80 hours in order to complete it all. The combat is very fun and works well. Graphics are a little lacking but by no means is the game ugly. Environments and backdrops look gorgeous and sometimes I found myself stopping to take in the view. In conclusion I can not recommend this game enough even if you have never touched a Final Fantasy game in the past. This game is worth its weight in gold and should be experienced by everyone.

I am not a FF fanboy, but have played most of them through X. This game is absolutely amazing, but it definitely takes some getting used to. I had played the Episode Duscae demo, and actually preferred the combat mechanics in that one a little better, but it is what it is. This game is still a lot of fun...an open world Final Fantasy that is not an MMO.

Xmas gift so haven’t opened yet. Played all the originals growing up for NES, SNES, PS1, and PS2; can’t wait to play this one!

I have played and enjoyed playing this game for years. i like the graphics and that it has evolved to a more live play situation it helps the story flow better It is easy enough for a total goof like me with few skills. i recommend to all casual gamers and people with children.

This is a great game but their are a ton of recurring and uninintersting side quests.

This was my first game for my XBO. THIS GAME IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE FINAL FANTASY GAME EVER!!!!!! The characters were compelling, the story was beautiful, and the environment was so much fun to explore! If you've ever enjoyed a Fantasy Fantasy game, you need this one.

The graphics are great, the gameplay is not turn based and offers a different experience than previous games. I myself am a turn-based fan, however, the game controls and overall smoothness of the missions and story make it a good final fantasy for any type of gamer.

I didn't realize until I started playing this game, but the last main line Final Fantasy game that I played was Final Fantasy 9 about 15 years ago. While I've been away from the series for that long, I still consider myself a huge fan of the series, and I'm enjoying my time with this game so far. One thing I really like about this game is it feels like Kingdom Hearts, which is another series I really love. The battle system is active, more like that game, and the music is done by the same composer and a lot of it sounds similar, especially the battle music. I like the changes they've made so far to the FF formula, especially switching to the active battle system. Side-quests, however, are pretty mundane and feel like filler, not really adding to the overall story, but feeling necessary as a way to level up your party. Overall, great entry to the series, and mostly worth that 10 year wait.

The storyline kind of leaves something to be desired, but overall it's a fun game. It's definitely a different feel for me, not having played a FF game since 10. The music is good, there's lots of nods to old games throughout the music and the gameplay. Recommended if you are a fan of the series and can get it on a discount.

Did not think I️ was going to enjoy this game but it was very good. Recommend.
