It was shipped in a large bubble bag. The box was crushed in shipping and the disc arrived loose. I’m super happy that I was able to get the deluxe edition of the game. But for any item, potentially one that wont be restocked, to ship like that is dosappointing.

Been anticipating this game for a long time and best buy decides to be late with this pre order. After asking for help from the support team i was told that it being late or not showing up is okay since i picked free shipping. Even though i am an elite plus member and always get free shipping. This is a problem among many of my friends and best buy doesn’t care

Nothing against the game itself. FFXVI is a great game. The issue lies with this particular edition. I admit it was my fault for assuming that this would also come with the deluxe edition content. But alas it only has a map and a steel book. Not worth the cost to me.

preordered this the first day it was available to and release date was thursday and the game still hasnt arrived and its sunday. horrible preorder fulfillment and would have never preordered from best buy if i knew the delivery was going to be such a mess

No pre-order steelbook case as promised and customer service chat person was friendly but not helpful. The game is great, I’m disappointed with Best Buy. Dont offer a pre-order bonus if you cant fulfill it.

Wake up Best Buy. Your packaging is horrible. Stop shipping items in envelopes with no packing material. Keep it up and I'll stop buying from you all together. I already do not buy Steelbook Movies from you because you simply can not handle shipping.

Incredibly disappointing shipping for a deluxe edition both the game case and steelbook case were smashed, luckily the game disc was some how undamaged.

The game is phenomenal. Couldn’t stop playing it once I got it off the PLAYSTATION STORE because best buy lied about the preorder date and didn’t even have the game in stock until like 2 weeks past the date. And after being given the runaround from customer service it became clear that nobody actually knew when it would arrive in stores. I ended up having to cancel my preorder I made in January for a game that released in June. This is my last best buy preorder as even delivery in the past has been spotty for new releases. It’s pretty disappointing considering things used to not be this bad.

Best Buy is deteriorating at light speed. I Pre-ordered but also did NOT get the Scanovo Steelbook. This on top of other moves they have been making makes me want to stop buying from them. I have been loyal to Best Buy for 30 years. This is unfair and aimply unprofessional. FIX THIS BEAT BUY!

Very disappointing and very boring, great boss fights but not worth more than 15 bucks, i wish i could get my money back

Where is the exclusive preorder bonus I was promised? I waited 2 extra days to play this game to get this delux edition that was SUPPOSED to include an EXCLUSIVE steelbox art with my pre-order.

Like others say, the pre order is pointless. My deluxe edition will be arriving AFTER the weekend. I have work during the week... So i guess I'll just be missing out. If you value playing games on release day, do not purchase from best buy.

The item did not arrrive in the date of the games release. It was basically two days after.

Pre order was supposed to come with an exclusive steel case but I was not given one. The employees didn't have answer. Also, had to wait almost until the end of the day to pick up.

Only reason i bought it from bb and it didn't show up. No other store makes excuses like BB. After 20 years of shopping here I'm finally done. No amount of remodeling is going to fix a crappy experience.

Review not based on game but on best buy, they delayed my preorder pickup and then didn't give me the steel book preorder, wont preorder from them ever again.

The preorder steelbook didn’t come with my order. I will be returning and preordering from elsewhere from now on.

Today, I got the pre order steelbook and no game. The game, deluxe edition, is lost somewhere. Very disappointed in the way best buy handled this.
