Learn to pre-order EARLY. Don't wait till the last minute to place a pre-order that includes a free item, as limited quantities are available, and can run out. I received the bonus Steelbooks (yes, multiple. Gasp! Cope.) with all my FFXVI pre-orders. Cope harder. :)

Amazing game. Highly recommend if you’re of devil may cry games with a medieval setting.

Once of the best Final Fantasy games since 7 in my opinion!

This was not available on release day. When calling support, it sounded like it would not be available for pick up until next week. Luckily this was not the case and it was only one day late. One day late is not that bad, i think if it was communicated better there would be less problems. I picked mine up today, and received all the preorder bonus. The staff were all very nice.

The game is excellent but Best buy is a failure. They offer a pre-order on a product and then they can't deliver it on the release date. This company should reimburse every single pre-order purchase that they could not deliver on release date and still give them the item when they do finally get it in stock. I will never pre-order from Best buy again.

How is it I pre-ordered a game and now it still hasnt arrived. Went up to the store and talked to the staff and was told they got some in today, but they have no more in stock. So why is BestBuy selling orders they cant even fulfill? And they cant even tell me when it may come. Sure the game is great as the Demo was a lot of fun. But this is crazy…

6/29/2023 still no game, what's the point pre-ordering? No compensations or any updates when I asked about the issue. Long time best buy customer, use to always hit elite status every year. This has been such a headache

Store lost my preorder. Canceled it then and there so I could buy again, but I purchased on gift cards. No communication. Horrible pick up experience. Lost my preorder digital code as well. All for a steel book.

If you would like to play the game as soon as it launches do NOT PRE-ORDER from BestBuy. I did pre-order month in advance and now just sitting all day waiting for the notification about pick up time. It's 3 hours before the closing and still nothing. Find another place to pre-order games even if you'll miss out on steelbook case!

Game is great! But didn't get the codes or steelbook. Customer Care says that they can't help due to my order being a store pickup order.

I preordered this item because of the included extra steelbook, but best buy happened to run out of them when i went to pick up my order. This company is trash, and its no wonder theyre going out of business. Screw them, dont buy from them.

Best Buy is not. I’m really tired of Best Buy not fulfilling with their preorders on time. I had this game ordered for months in advance and it’s still not ready for pickup. If I have to pick this up sometime next week I will be very upset.

Preordered and still havent been notified to pick up order. If they cant handle receiving and distributing preordered games by release date then they shouldnt offer item. Will not order again from here buyer beware

Dont ever pre order a game from best buy again, my girlfriend had pre ordered it, and we went to 3 different stores, all 3 didnt even have a copy in the back or on the shelf, whats the point of pre ordering something if you cant get it on release day.. GameStop usually gets the game shipped a week early, never pre ordering or giving my money to bb again

The ad specifically stated a best buy exclusive steel book case that was not included. This false advertisement from best buy is strickly for marketing to increase revenue sales. This would be the last time i buy from best buy.

This is absolutely ridiculous, don't sell preorders of this game if you can't fulfill them on their release day. My store just closed and it still says "ready later today." By the looks of it, I probably won't even get my preorder bonus either. I'm considering just canceling and purchasing it elsewhere at this point.
