Love it so far, combat is complex and fun. Challenging without being frustrating. The story is great so far, I love Cid, Torgal, and Jill. So if you want some fantasy fun, with likeable characters, it’s good

Excellent new and innovative addition to the Final Fantasy legacy. Though much easier than the others, it was an amazing game from beginning to end.

Game was full of action, story line, and awesome bosses. Final Fantasy XVI surpassed my expectations. Needs to improve on leading/guiding character to destinations. The action RPG style was best thing ever than turn-based. Real combat moves with controls and skillsets. Auto-fighting style option really helped ease your way through the story line. Not an open-world game, but it saves you a lot of time, and just to experience everything without the extra commitment.

great game! Some learning curve at the beginning but the game ramps up and is great pleasure to play through. Way better than FF15

My favorite FF game since ff8. It can be a little linear with a few fetch quests but the story is intriguing and the graphics are amazing.

The game is amazing in story and graphics but lacks a better gameplay, at the end the game feels more like a smash button, nothing like a hack and slash

FFXVI is a fantastic entry into the long running series. The story is great though it feels kind of linear. It has a Game of Thrones feel to it.

It has been a long time since i was i to a game thai much. It is a masterpiece with cut scenes and great writting. The action is fun and great.

Never really was a fan of final fantasy but this one I really enjoyed the music the gameplay and the graphics is insane well done.

This has to be the best modern take on Final Fantasy, action Rpgs and just japanese style RPGs in general in my opinion. My only negative is it is not on other consoles (pc november 2024) so othwrs can experience this game. Now i am not saying it is for everyone.. i know fir example the "purists" dont like anything not turn based lol but for those that would still try it, but are on the fence at least, you would be missing out on an easy contender for game of the year (might end up being Tears of the Kingdom if I am being honest)

So far haven’t had any issues and I’m about 20 hours in. Gameplay feels fluid and great. Story is also pretty good.

Great game. Characters are interesting, the gameplay is solid, and the visuals are top notch. My favorite PS5 game so far. Only fault is that once you're done with the game (story) it feels like not much to do afterwards. I'm actually buying a second copy for a gift for a friend who just bought a ps5
