The combat is good. The story is engaging, graphics push the ps5. It’s worth a buy if your into the final fantasy series

I am a huge fan of Final fantasy and loved this one also. This one was Very different from the others. It’s fun to play but can be repetitive with side missions. Graphics are awesome but I did not like some parts of the main story. Still, I recommend it to everyone to play. Gameplay is amazing as controls are very smooth

Fantastic action packsed rpg that will get you pumped with a gripping story

This is a competent action game. That's a lot more than can be said about, say, FF15, which is less competent in almost every aspect of being a game than this game ... ... and yet, I almost instantly forgot this game after finishing it, and so did most everyone else, while FF15 is returning as a topic of conversation. Fondly. Why is that? Because FF15 tried stuff. It was ambitious. It was also a mess, but it was an endearing mess. FF16 is ... JUST competent. Why bother with that? The action is competent and shallow. The story ... pretends at depth, but stops caring about itself 2/3 thru. There's no exploration. There's almost nothing resembling an interesting character. There's no color or interesting aesthetics. There's no interesting itemization. There's just ... almost no reason to care about anything. I have zero desire to ever return to it.

Game is Amazing! But hopefully I’m not the only one thinking that it is super linear. Combat is fun. Story is amazing.

If you like Action with your RPGs, this game is bursting with style. Very Dark Fantasy setting with plenty of political turmoil. Without a doubt the best voice acting in any Final Fantasy to date. Some great new quality of life features as well. You can consult the lore of the game during any cutscenes if you want to know more about each character speaking on the screen.

Definitely one of the best final fantasy’s. And one of the best stories

The is as unbiased as possible, but I grew up with Final Fantasy the majority of my life. Final Fantasy XVI is an absolute masterpiece. I wasn't sure what to expect coming off of Final Fantasy XV, and the fact that Final Fantasy in general has evolved over the year. Square-Enix Creative Business Unit III absolutely delivered with this title as I expected they would.
