Didn't expect much but this has been one of the best games I played in 2023. The action can be a bit repetitive but the cinematics are just amazing.

This was my first time diving into a FF game and i have not been disappointed! Once im done with this i will look to explore some of the past FF games. Definitely recommend this.

I’m a sucker for Final Fantasy and this ticks most of the boxes, but most of the RPG elements are not necessary, and the lack of turn-based combat is disappointing.

Beat the game, loved the integration of a combo engine. Bought a physical just to add it to my library.

My husband really likes the game. Some of the characters/gameplay remind him of Final Fantasy 14.

I had the steel book in my cart when checking out and it disappeared when I paid. Terrible checkout system. I went to pick up my preorder today and guess what no steel book.

one of the best final fantasy’s i’ve played since the 10th installment if played correctly it provides a challenge with lots of different aspects to it great game !

I’m enjoying it. Is it Final Fantasy? Sure, it’s at least for Final Fantasy words in it, but compared to the slog and clunky battle system of 15, this is refreshing.

Love this series it was so heartbreaking. Brought back memories of the sacrifices in FFXV. It’s good story telling.

The visuals of the character designs and settings are beautiful! Especially when we go against bosses! The story is always sad though. But it was well made!

Still playing totk so i havent started yet. But totk. Is phenomenal. You should definitely be playing that. This game though. Looks great too but it aint no totk

Love this latest mainline final fantasy game even if i would not be able tl play it wi try my son for a while. Too much game of thrones (swearing, gote blood…).

Great game. A few issues, but most folks who enjoy character action games will love this one. RPG lovers may be disappointed though. Still, when this game shoots for spectacle nothing else released in the last year can match it.

I have enjoyed this game. A little grindy in the middle but overall a great game. Also very appropriate use of the source lore from names to monsters and themes.

Way darker and more serious than I like my Final Fantasy games. Combat gets old pretty fast and I'm uninterested in the characters. It's a beautiful-looking game, though.

Great game! Well designed, although too many cut scenes, got a little stagnant at times but the fight scenes were action packed.

Even though it was a departure from normal play mechanics of the FF series .. I really enjoyed it. For sure give it a chance

Excellent captivating stories. Surprisingly interesting characters. gameplay may not be for everyone though, suited more to people who like Devil May Cry.
