Thrid time I have bought a game from best buy specifically for the steelbook preorder and was told "first come first serve". Even getting games preordered months in advance. Why even advertise it if you can't fulfill orders.

Nothing wrong with best buy or shipping. Game was a whole new mold for final fantasy and not one i like. Its an interactive movie with a so so story. FFX is one if my favorites and this is the opposite of it.

Cancelled my pre-order because they couldn't figure out how to get me my pre order bonus code and they still sending me multiple requests for a review. Don't give this useless company your money ever.

The only reason I preordered from Best Buy was to get the steelbook case with the game. The game arrived but without the steelbook. I will be returning the game and buying it later when its cheaper.

Title says it all, preorder wasnt even shipped until a day after release, arrived late, and without my steelbook preorder bonus. Best buy also didn’t stick any copies for release at my location.

I taught when you pre-order, you will get an steelbook. I ask customer support before I purchase, and they said yes,now i got the game but no steelbook, smh, I was duped and lied too .

Not sure why people are giving the game a 1-star rating because of Best Buy’s issues and whether or not they got the steelbook. This rating section is for the GAME itself and NOT the service that Best Buy provides, you imbeciles. As for this game, it is simply amazing. It’s beautiful, action packed and the story is really good. Performance mode does shift between 30 fps and around 50 fps depending on what is going on, but it has no bearing on the enjoyability of the game. DO NOT pass up this game! It is in the running for Game of the Year for 2023. This game is a must buy!

This game is painfully formulaic. If you like spectacle movies then you might enjoy the cutscenes but the gameplay is so boring.

I’ve been playing Final Fantasy games since the original one on the NES, and this is hands down a favorite. Yes, it’s more linear than most previous titles, and yes, it’s very action oriented, which i really enjoyed. If you want more turn-based combat, there are 10,000 JRPGs you can get on your phone. Frankly, im happy to see FF evolve away ftom that 40 year old combat system. The music is fantastic, the action engaging, the story is compelling. 100% worth your time, whether its the first playthrough or NG+.

Do not buy. This is the most overrated game of the year. All those positive praises on YouTube by content creator are actually paid by SquareEnix.

Preorder the game, got the steelbook but no game. The delivery is delayed. Didnt get the game on release date and its still delayed at this time

I preordered for the steel book abd when i picked it up… no steel book. Customer gave me an attitude and was worthless.

Case like many other BB purchases come damaged. Customer support doesn't care. Taking business elsewhere.
