Pre-ordered the game. Guess they gave it to someone else and now i have to wait until they get the next shipment whenever that will be. The main point of a pre-order is to be able to get it the day it’s released. Should limit how much you sell so people can go to a different location or somewhere else based on the inventory you’ll have. If I knew I would’ve had to wait I would’ve ordered somewhere else.

Went to the store to get my cooy today and they didnt have enough cooies so they said i have ti come back Monday to get it. This is insane. Ive never had problems before but thus is disheartening. I bet i wont get the steelbook either.

Bestbuy said No Steelbook included .... AH so what's the point on pre ordering from bestbuy ? SCUM no heads up or anything.

The only reason i purchased this preorder from best buy was because of the preorder bonus. When i placed my preorder, the bonus was shown to be in process along with the game. The preorder bonus was still shown as being in process after i received the game. I figured, no problem, ive gotten preorder bonuses from best buy later in seprate shipments before. A few days later the preorder bonus is nowhere to be seen in my account. I will never be ordering any preorder games from best buy again

Preordered this with steelbook case preorder bonus. It showed it as a bonus item when I submitted the preorder. Store had no idea what the steelbook was and did not have it on my order. This was the only reason I purchased through BestBuy so I made sure it was on the order. Drove over an hour to pick it up and couldn't even return the item as there is an hour processing before any returns can be completed. Very frustrating.

Review on BB not the game.Preordered specifically from best buy to get the steel book. The steel book had to be ordered separately from the game even tho it was part of the "bonus". Never had to do that extra step on all other pre orders I made. Thanks for not including that automatically when your entire communication around pre orders is this steel book case...

Aside from some amazing boss fights everything else is slow, boring and repetative, there is no character development and key moments fall flat because the game fails to make you care, its not worth its price tag

I like many others have experienced the terrible handling of the offers. I was absolutely sure it was in my cart but i guess i was wrong. Very upset..

Preordered for the steelbook and got duped like everyone else who preordered.

Final fantasy has completely betrayed Sakaguchis philosophy of what an FF is. Sad really
