Software layout is fair but no matter how high the speed of the internet you have, you cannot help the lag on these. A bit glitchy and my toddler notices.

I was highly excited about getting this tablet for my daughter but it did not meet my expectations. It works well it has a nice set up to it but personally if I knew how this tablet worked beforehand I would not have bought it… I hate making these kind of decisions I did not order it through Amazon because I wanted to see it figure it out in person before purchase so i thought let me go to best buy maybe actually seeing it, it might convince me… Im thinking about returning this item but i want to give it a last chance

Fun for kids. You can switch out of kids mode and use like a regular tablet. Durable protective cover but my kid still managed to completely crack the screen by throwing it, but it still technically works. Call Amazon and they replace it with their worry free warranty.

This is a great learning tool for my 2 year old grandson. I programmed it to his favorite YouTube shows and taught him how navigate through it. Setup is a tiny bit cumbersome, but I figured it all out. He loves it and that makes it a win!
