Called customer servixe they had provided option of replacement of the accessories (charging adapter). Other than that this is a great device for rough handling of 3 year old kid. They throw it toss it. Device loves the rough handling of the 3 year old. Great device with loads of app.

Now they each have their own and they really enjoy watching movies or playing games on them and they are great !

Download VLC, share thst program with the kids profile, then connect to PC, hold on wifi button on top menu to allow transfer of files.

We suffered through it for about a year while our kiddo was 1-2, but then just paid the money and upgraded to an iPad. I will say it was VERY durable, however.
