Basically can only do what is preloaded into the tablet. Have to basically jailbreak it to get the Play Store. Doesn't even have a normal YouTube app. Cheaper than Android tablets for a reason.

I always buy the warranty which is not expensive. I have used the warranty and they take back the tablet with no questions and give you a new one. Great customer service

That and the fact that there is no kids YouTube app so you have to use the web browser to access kids YouTube is frustrating.

Its good to have your downloads on long trips. Pre-set apps are great to start with. Response time a bit slow. Protective cover is great to keep this little baby from breaking
