I am sorry to hear that it is running slow and out of memory for your daughter. A couple of things you can try to be sure you have the best experience possible with it are as follows: 1.) You can check to see if you have too many running apps in the background taking up processing power by tapping the multitask button in the lower right of the screen. There you can close each individual app or swipe all the way over and tap Close All. This may improve your slowdown issues. 2.) As for the storage space running out, the tablet is able to upgrade the storage capacity by getting a microSD card (sold separately) and insert it in the available slot on the side of the device. 3.) Lastly, I would recommend going to the Settings>Device Options>System Updates to see if you have any pending updates that aren't installed. All of these may assist in improving your daughter's experience some. If all else fails, it also comes with a 2 year worry-free guarantee in the event it is no longer functioning or broken. You would reach out to Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further assistance in that event. I hope this helps some and that you have an amazing day!

While this device is our entry level device in our product lineup it should still have sufficient speeds to not hinder your experience. So one thing I can recommend is to ensure that you have the latest software updates. These devices can sometimes be an update or two behind when initially taken out of the box and the experience may be improved with the up to date software versions. You can do this by navigating to Settings>Device Options>About>Check for Updates. Once all updates are complete, this may improve your experience. Purchased in order to download Mis Rachel from YouTube onto the tablet for my toddler but it only plays when connected to wifi. I brought it back into the store and the employee was able to download some Netflix shows to watch offline but not YouTube.
