You can double check to make sure that you have the latest software version, which may address this, by navigating to Settings>Device Options>System Updates. If you have any pending updates, you can tap Check Now or Install and after a power cycle, this may fix your issue. If it does not, you can also try forgetting the Wi-Fi in your Settings>Internet>Internet Preferences and then reconnect it to see if the connection improves. If none of these tips resolve your problem, then I would recommend contacting Amazon Customer Support at 888.280.4331 for further assistance. I do hope this helps improve upon your experience some and that you have a fantastic day!
