Get a Screen Protector

It’s quite durable (the case) and the battery is MVP! However, the screen is not so don’t skip on the screen protector. Took it to Geek Squad to see if they could replace the screen and found out they aren’t allowed to work on them at all. It’s a whopping $80.00 just for them to mail it off! Then, you still have to pay for parts and cost to repair. Yet and still, they sell Geek Squad Proection for them. Don’t waste money on that.

Can only download about 3 games , due to the memory low. Over all it is durable & if you are only wanting something to watch a few shows or listen to the downloaded music it is great.

This is our entry level device and does come with the lowest amount of memory and storage of our tablet lineup. You can still ensure that you have the best experience possible with it though with a couple of tips that directly address your concerns. First, if your tablet is running a little slow, you can see if you have apps or games running in the background taking up some of your processing power. You can do this by tapping the Multitask icon in the lower right of the screen and then swiping up the apps you are not using at the moment or swipe all the way over and tap Close All to close out of all running apps. Next, you can increase your storage with this device by purchasing a microSD card up to 1TB in size. This will give you extra space for quite a few different files that will free up your storage. Lastly, if the included Kid's bumper case doesn't protect your tablet well enough and it gets damaged, you can contact Amazon Customer Support directly at 888.280.4331 to explore your options with the included 2 year worry free guarantee that comes with each of our Kids Fire Tablets. He play and uses it every day to learn, play, watch shows as well. You, as a parent control everything they can see, watch, download etc.

My kids love them and not worried about them treating it too rough because of the price. It even comes with a great case for the device. Would highly recommend for parents not wanting to get your kids an IPad.

Plus my son is very rough sometimes so he ends up dropping/throwing this thing and still works great!! Highly recommend for the price!
