Excellent remake of the best Fire Emblem game out there.

I love the story! And the gameplay is really phenomenal.

The graphical revamp of this classic is superb and the translation onto the 3DS is even better. I personally love FE and you will too.

If you love strategy games, you'll love this game. If you like anime tropes, you will also like this game. Decent voice acting and soundtrack too.

Im not much of a gamer, but I did enjoy this game. I have almost completed the main story line and it's great. The different levels of difficulty that can be chosen is helpful because I'm beginning but can make it more difficult for the next game if I choose. Play as two characters to defeat different enemys but common goal.

This game is a great remake. Keep in mind that since it's a remake their is no marriage system. Overall it's a great game I beat the main storyline around 35 hours less on normal. Their is a post game afterwards so I'm not quite done yet. It's not that long compared to other Fire Emblem games, but it's still a lot of fun.

I am a huge fan of tactical turn based strategy games, and the Fire Emblem series is a fantastic example of the genre. If you are shopping for an tactical turn based Japanese Role Playing Game that offers rich story and exciting tactics on the 3ds, this is a great option.

This game starts with a pretty interesting story but it gets a little bit childish feeling as it goes. I thought the characters would grow up more. The strategy is pretty fun but some levels seemed intentionally frustrating. For example, I unlocked a move that stops enemies from using magic for a turn but when I tried to use it on the one character I needed it to work on it didn't work.

a remake of the second fire emblem game, i think thos game provides a perfect introduction to anyone thinking about getting into fire emblem. or anyone curious about what fire emblem games are like. this has a few differences from the norm. but its a little simpler taste of whats out there.

This is an update to a classic fire emblem game. If you like fire emblem or trpg games then you'll like this.

I love the strategic gameplay of the fire emblem franchise and Shadows of Valentia delivers! The character classes play a little differently than past FE games, which adds new tactics and strategies. A must for for Fire Emblem fans and totally recommended for new comers, as it's easy to pick up!

This is a great way to experience the game for those of us that missed out on the original release.

If you have played the other fire emblem games on the 3ds and enjoyed them, you’ll like this one.

It's a remake of a previous game that never got an official release in the US. With modern graphics and similar play style to previous games released for the 3DS (Awakening, Fates) it does have a bit of a learning curve and you can't pair units but the game itself is still great to play.

Fates was great and this game went even further beyond. Story we never had before in the West with all new features and overhauls. The season pass is expensive for sure but mega worth it. Drop the $150 or whatever to get the game and season pass full experience and you won't be sorry.
