Bad shipping management
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My package seals were broken when I pick it up and the employee said that the tape popes during shipping so I ask can I verify the contents and they let me verify and help me check if the game is still in the box and all the contents were there I wish there is better management with these games because these special editions cannot be replaced due to how rare they are

Waste of Time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They put up the preorder link up on the 19th (I bookmarked the page a couple months ago WAITING for it to go live and looked at it say "coming soon" for weeks) on the 20th, the link was unavailable and the next thing you know, the order is "delayed" when I try to pick it up instore the next day. I try to get answers and it turns out there was not ANY stock. They're literally having them "made" right now, with NO TIME FRAME FOR WHEN THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE. Makes no sense that the game has been announced for months, had no open preorders until the day before the game released and THEN when they do open them, they literally have to get them made. They made it seem like they would have SOMETHING on the day of release, but most place were nothing. They have dozens of copies for the normal version, but 0 for the Divine.
