    I purchased this game for my daughter so I haven't played it, but rather am writing this review as someone who gave it as a gift. She is so happy with this game and is still playing it after already completing other games she's purchased since. She keeps telling me how awesome it is and I can tell this one has really impressed her. I hope we can find more games that she can't "finish" so quickly. Thank you!

    Without going into too many spoilers, this game brings a lot to the table that helps redefine Fire Emblem as a whole. If I had any gripes with the game, it would be the small text, Female Byleth's design, & lack of male-male romantic options for Byleth (the main character). If you're wondering about Male Byleth's controversial English voice actor, he will be patched out in the near future, so no worries there.
