A solid entry to the FE series
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fire Emblem Three Houses is a solid entry with an amazing story and tried and true gameplay. The social aspect of this game is a welcome addition to balance out the long fights. The biggest drawback is the graphics, they're not as good they should be for a console game, but the gameplay makes up for it.

Deep and replayable
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost: This is a JRPG. If you don’t like JRPGs, you won’t like this game as it won’t change your mind to suddenly like them. If you are a JRPG fan, this is likely the best RPG the Switch has. The game has three main branching paths based off of the house selection you make at the beginning at the game. All three offer very different stories and slightly different gameplay (based on the style of the house). So it’s very replayable for a new experience each time—not just your typical new game+.

Great tactical RPG for newcomers and experts
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was my first foray into the Fire Emblem video game series and it will not be my last. Fire Emblem Three Houses has a great story, great fluid easy to learn battle mechanics, tons of characters to fall in love with, and lots of side battles side quests to keep you busy for a long time. PLUS 3 different houses each with their own story and i spent about 70 hours on the first house. You cant go wrong with a game that will guarantee you 200+ hours of playtime especially when its this great of a game.

I bought a switch just to play this game!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So if the fact that I purchased a Switch for the sole purpose of buying this game isn't enough to convince you then I'll three reasons why! Number One! You get multiple story lines to playthrough and unlike Fates it's all on one game! Number Two! Do you like a challenge? Well this game is the one for you, all of your units serve purpose! Failure is a constant but rewarding when you finally pull off a win. Number 3! It's basically Hogwarts with swords thrown in for fun! Go buy this game!

Awesome tactical rpg for the Switch
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you love the Fire Emblem series this is a must have. If your new to the series it’s also a great starting point. A very fun strategy rpg that’s challenging on higher difficulty levels but easy to ease your way into. +100 hours of gameplay. Also you can replay it multiple times because of the different story arcs. It really gives you a lot of bang for your buck. Great story and memorable characters. Three houses is a must buy!

The best fire emblem yet
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a fire emblem veteran I can honestly call this the best one. With deep stories and branching paths it's the same amazing strategy game but mixed with persona style personal bonds to grow your army. You get to know the game characters and develop personal bonds with characters that adds a weight to the battles (if you use permadeath like a champ) This is easily the best switch release this year.

One of the Greatest Strategy RPG
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, this game is very addicting. Great battle system that makes you want to keep going. Storyline is also very good. There is so many things to do and side missions in the game at will keep you occupied for 100 plus hours. Graphic wise maybe not the best out there but not the worst that it ruins the game. Overall highly recommended this game and worth every penny, you will have at least 100 hours of gameplay in this game.

A great addition to the series
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The game is a great addition to the series. There are some major changes to the more recent franchise's formula but the core of the series is still there. The weapon triangle has been removed, and there is an addition of a "persona-esq" gameplay where you roam the base and perform activities to support levels, stats, and even recruit new members. The characters are all not tied to a line of classes and can be reworked into any other class available to them based on their genders.

GOTY
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Possibly one of the greatest games I have ever played. Combat requires strategy and thought. There is no charging in and mindlessly attacking in this game. The campaign took me over 70 hours to beat, and I only barely scratched the surface. There are 4 full routes to play in this game, each one very different from the other. Characters are fully fleshed out with wonderful backstories, some even tragic. Do yourself a favor and get lost in the wonderful world of Fire Emblem!
