    The game plays fine, but gets repetitive after a few levels. The main draw of this game is seeing original Fire Embem characters duke it out in large, populated battlefields. The two new, main characters are annoying and it’s a shame the original story revolves around them.

    In no way this is the kind of Fire Emblem people used to know. It is not the turn based strategy like the previous titles, rather it is the musou/Dynasty Warriors kind of game. Just mindless hack n slash. It is still enjoyable nonetheless.

    I though Fire Emblem's cast of characters could make for a very intriguing game, however I found myself disinterested. It might be my lack of enjoyment in the main Fire Emblem games, but I was underwhelmed throughout.
