If you like dynasty warriors games this is gonna be a 10/10 for you. The new mechanics are great and make it so you can take two characters with you at all times and also quickly swap between generals. Great for couch co-op.

I thought it was 3 houses, but it's the fire emblem characters inserted into Dynasty warriors. Still fun

I was excited about this when they announced it at the Switch reveal event, especially since I loved Hyrule Warriors, but I still think that's the better game. And given that both titles are on Switch, outside of this title having better display options (I liked being able to pick between 1080p30 and 720p60 display modes), I don't think it's more fun, or has as varied of characters and locations as HW. It's still good and fun, but I think Hyrule Warriors is a far better deal and buy.

If you like warriors game (hack n slash) style games and you are interested in fire emblem series this si agreat game. for a warriors game the battle adds a nice weapons triangle element from the fire emblem games that adds a bit more startegy but difficulty wise it's pretty simple. If you are looking for a brainless game to play every once in a while this a great game especially if you are fire emblem fan.

As a tribute to the Fire Emblem Series as a whole, it's just okay. As a strategy/hack-n-slash title, it is excellent. Having played both Fire Emblem Warriors and Hyrule Warriors, I would definitely be more likely to pick this one back up. The ability to switch between characters midbattle and give the characters you AREN'T controlling instructions makes it much easier to feel in control of the battle as a whole. If you liked Hyrule Warriors, you'll probably like this better.

This game reminds me of Dynasty Warriors on PS2. You just run around and kill all the enemy forces, and fighting generals can get hard. The characters are always added in each level and the story is progressive. If your characters die, there is a setting to make it harder where they stay dead. This can get interesting, while normal mode can get repetitive.

Not only does this game have local co-op (which is hard to find now and days) it has tons of replayability ! Its fun and has lots of different challenges. Though the story leaves something to be desired

Pretty fun game. Reminds me a lot of Dynasty Warriors. Can play it for hours just hacking and slashing but I was able to get my gf to play so we had a lot of fun. Didn't like how I had to play through the first two levels until I could get the P2 activated, that was kind of stupid. The Switch seems to have that issue on a few games that I am finding out. They want you to have multiple systems and play with friends that way instead of playing on one system together.

This is a pretty typical hack and slash style video game. It has a nice story line and good graphics.

This is my first Warriors style game, and I absolutely love it. It's really cool, as a fan of Fire Emblem, to also see my favorite characters get full voice acting and scenes played out in full 3D.

Let's be clear - this is a "musou"/Warriors game first, with Fire Emblem elements thrown in. IF you like musou games, there's a lot to love here. Lots of added gameplay elements that enhance enjoyment while you cut down 1000's of enemies. I am not a Fire Emblem fan, but that has not stopped my enjoyment of this game, and I would imagine if you do follow FE, you'll appreciate the fan service. It looks great on the Switch; I've encountered very few slowdowns.

From what I have played so far, it is worth the money. They adopted some of the mechanics from the Fire Emblem series but they are at times more of a cumbersome innovation than anything else.

See some of your favorite characters from recent Fire Emblems games in third person action Warriors style. This is a Warriors game at its core but the Fire Emblem aspects really spice up the Warriors formula for an excellent combination of the two. Battles have a more strategic managment feel rather than just pure hack and slash. Switching between controllable characters to manage objectives accross the battle field and satisfying and fun.

I love this kind of game, so it can be player with 2 player. I like the story and graphic

This game has great Story, Voice Acting, Graphics, and Open World Battles. Very fun!

As a huge Fire Emblem fan I really want to love this game. However, the story is pretty terrible, but the gameplay is pretty fun.

The combination is great. I like that they added fire Emblem elements. Normally in a warriors game it's best to play with someone else so you can take down separate missions. With this they added officer control where as you can tell them where to go. So while you are going to point A you can send officers to point B and C. You can also switch to those officers too. It is a lot of fun.

A great game for solo and multiplayer. Easy to follow story without being bogged down.
