I didn’t do my research and thought this was turn based. It’s not. It’s a hack n slash beat em up. But once I got over my initial shock, I was pleasantly pleased/surprised. The controls are good and the graphics (while sometimes crazy) are pretty nice.

The following video game is a great crossover between the Fire Emblem franchise and the Dynasty Warriors formula. It has many characters and contains a lot of content to keep you entertained. If you are a fan of either franchise this game is a must have.

Excellent Nintendo Switch version of Fire Emblem Warriors. I got it during a sale so price wise it's an excellent deal. I think if you like Dynasty Warriors games you will definitely love this Nintendo Switch game.

This game is actually more fun than most dynasty warriors games are, and it is worth the buy.

A simple, yet fun game. I'm not a great video gamer, but my son and I really enjoy playing this together. There is enough complexity to keep an experienced gamer interested, and it is simple enough for a newby to catch onto the basics quickly and have fun.

Originally wanted to purchased this game for the 3DS, but it is only made for the new 3DS.

Packed with content, I love the warriors series and fire emblem is a good addition to it.

I love the Fire Emblem series, and this is a great opportunity to move away from the strategic gameplay to just destroying everything in your path. If you like Fire Emblem and you like fighter games, this is a great mash-up.

A fun and addictive Nintendo Switch game. I haven't played the past series, so I did have some difficulty understanding the back story. However, a quick Google search is all one needs to help with the story. I have to schedule a time to play it when my son isn't.

Bought this assuming the Turn Based style that Fire Emblem is to be, but instead it is a hack-and-slash style game kinda like Hyrule Warriors. It's good, but not what I was expecting when I purchased this item.

base on what i had seen it is one of the top best games on the Nintendo switch and it is worth picking up. The GamePlay as well as awesome graphics are very well done and for those who liked the Fire Emblem series well have a blast with this game.

One part Dynasty Warriors and one part Fire Emblem make up this game. A number of characters but not the compete lineup. Soundtrack is good and it takes about 15 hours of gameplay to do the original story. Casual and Hardcore game modes are options.

It is a Christmas present for my Daughter. She read the reviews and asked for it.

Fun game , lots of content, love this game and it will keep me busy for awhile.

I'm a big fan of Koei Tecmo's Warrior series and this one of the best spinoffs yet in my opinion. I say this because I really enjoy the new strategic elements that were added to give you greater control over your AI allies, they're more competent in this game than they were in previous games. This makes managing multiple objectives easier as well as dealing with different enemy types. The weapon triangle system also adds some depth as well to combat, you need to choose the character with the right weapon type to fight different enemies effectively. The only two minor complaints I have is I wish there was a bit more variety among movesets and I also wish you could choose the music you want to play before battles, but overall this is an excellent game.

Haven't given this to my son yet but I know he likes the Fire Emblem games.
