I highly recommend this game. I think this is the best out of all the fire emblem games I have played.

The first FE Warriors was one of, if not my favorite game in the Warriors franchise for its smooth gameplay, hack and slash fun with the satisfaction of tactical planning and unit building, and featuring characters from multiple FE games. So far, the gameplay still holds up well and the soundtrack is great. However, I am not a fan of the Three Houses only direction. I was hoping for another collaboration between universes featuring the twins from the first game or better yet, Alfonse and Sharena from the mobile game, as well as more fan favorite characters. Fire Emblem has potentially the most characters in any Nintendo game, and the Warriors series has been known to deliver games with huge rosters. I'm still not a fan of the overly anime style the series is going down, nor always needing to feature an avatar character. As for the story, while I know the first game was nothing to write home about, I find myself less engaged with this and find myself skipping text a lot. Maybe it's just me getting older. I'm glad I got this on a $20 sale. Here's hoping Engage will be a good game!

Three Hopes is a triumphant return to Fodlan that doesn’t sacrifice character development for new mechanics. It's a very good game. I wish they had kept romance in the game.

Bought for my daughters because they love all the Fire Emblem games. So far they love it!
