I have not successfully been able to use the Fire TV Recast yet. I was hoping to pair this with my Firestick but so far been disappointed. I would not recommend this product.

Senior Not Tech savvy

However, We have not found it easy for us to install the equipment we purchased. It has been so negative and challenging for us to install that we are planning to stay with Dish. We told him we are not very tech savvy and we didn’t install the equipment. Now we have all this expensive equipment we purchased and not using. I called Geek Squad and it would cost $339 to install the equipment which cost us almost $500 making it almost $1000 to change our service. Way to expensive. Not good for us. Doesn’t make me happy with Best Buy.

I do not see the value of this recast device over the 2 tuner device that is almost half the price. I would NOT recommend this over the 2 tuner device.
