Having a dependable alarm is important for our safety.

Easy integration

So essentially these appear to last only about 3 years before you get the malfunction beep. It integrates with the SmartThings platform easily and give peace of mind when it works properly. I have one in every room of my house. It says it is for Ring... But as long as your hub is ZWave it will work.

Good smoke detector

It was very easy to sync and works great. It has never gone off yet(which is a good thing) but i am happy with the quality.

I never thought I would have to rely on it until a few weeks ago. Just bought another one for my upstairs.

It also connect to the ring security system. Stop paying money to security systems its a rip off. Get ring security and this smoke detector!

Since it was not from Ring I expected it to be a bit non-standard, but it was added and monitoring so easily. And it automatically added it to my home monitoring from ring.
