It was a hit! Not only is it encouraging him to be more physically active, but the watch function is helping him to tell time better. The alarm even helps him get out of bed faster in the morning! So far the construction seems to be able to keep up with the bumps and bangs that come with an active kid.

Easy to use but somewhat limited on what it can do (besides counting steps). Battery last 2-3 days and watch appears to be built well.
