I have few complaints about the watches themselves but the software and user experience with said software is a dumpster fire. The watches must be synced to a mobile app for initial setup and follow-on usability. The issue with this is that you have to set up an account for each device/child. We purchased two which means a minimum of 3 accounts (1 adult, two child) need to be created. You can only use/sync one account/device at a time on a mobile device and it's a pain to switch between accounts. I use secure passwords for everything I do which makes switching back and forth a chore. You could elect to not sync regularly and miss out on fitness and sleep tracking (the entire purpose of getting these) but you run into serious problems when the watch completely dies or there is a time change. You have to sync to the proper account to correct the time. Furthermore, alarms cannot be set from the watch itself and must be set from the app. We elected to dedicate a device to each child to alleviate some of this. Had an iPad and an old android phone that each child uses. Overall user experience with the software is terrible.

This was a great gift for my 8 yr old son who now loves to track him steps everyday and look at how well he sleeps.

I bought this activity tracker for my grandson’s birthday. He lives it and tracks his steps every day.

My daughter now keeps track of her steps and we can track each other’s through the app. She is always on the move so now she knows how much

The Fitbit app that is used to manage the wearable device is pretty terrible. The device itself is great. Keeps my kids moving!

My grandson wanted a Fitbit for his birthday! Of course his Grammie had to make sure he got what he wanted! He told me: You know, Grammar, I have to keep up with how many steps I take in a day! (Sounds incredible coming from an 8 year old!) He was so surprised and so excited that he got the Fitbit he wanted. He loves to tell me how close he is to his goal. His favorite thing is to compare his steps to his Grammie's steps. Thanks Fitbit for making exercise fun!d
