Good product, good app, simple, but my daughter love it

It’s a great fit babe but it does not fit a child of 11 years old it is mostly for kids under 10 and the material on the watch looks like it won’t last long so now I do not recommend this I believe this is not worth the money

It was great at first, but after a month my son broke the screen by dropping it on the playground. Called FITBIT they were no help, also there is no tracking device and he lost it a bunch of times.

These are interesting... different but slightly cool.

I once had Fitbit few years ago, I completely forgot why I stopped using Fitbit and purchased these for my kids and disappointed again. Fitbit gear itself is great however their app is horrible. I bought three of ace 2 and can’t get it to sync all three. After multiple tries, now app is preventing me from signing in by saying “something went wrong please try again.” Wow Fitbit, it’s been few years since I used your product and you still having issues with app, what have u been doing all these years? How about you stop pumping out new products and focus fixing the issue with your half working app?!

Difficult to read. Required a phone to associate with vice a device (Surface would have been nice). My daughter likes it but its just OK. Only recommend as it better than the other kid health devices.

This was a huge disappointment. The software is clunky. You have to have a 'parent' account which fitbit then uses to spam the living daylights out of your email. It regularly requires a total reset of everything to work or even turn on. And after about a year, it will stop charging completely and become expensive junk. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. Spend a little more and buy your kid a regular tracker from a different brand or one of the economy smart watches.

I’m sure this works fine. Because my wrist is so small it didn’t fit properly to keep track of steps. I had to return it. But if it fits someone else, it should be perfect for you.

Band has a piece on there to secure the band but it is made out of hard plastic and not rubber like the band. Grandson says it hurts his wrist and since we had 14 days to return I am now stuck with it and out 75.00

The software on this is awfully limited. The fact that the kindle fire kids tablet, which is probably the most popular of all kids tablets can't sync to this is an extreme oversight on the part of fitbit. My kids like the watches, but the fact it has to sync to my phone instead of their own devices is a major problem.

Good starter watch for a younger child. Should probably be able to have a smaller watch band if needed to help for children of different ages and sizes.

This is ok, but not many functions. It doesn't have a heart monitor. Setting it up is crazy complicated, especially if you have more than one child on your account.

It's okay. Tge screen doesn't stay on long. You have to keep touching it when you switch screens. I couldn't dink it with my weight Watchers app

I bought two of these, one for each child. It seemed impossible to add to child accounts to the parent account. Also, we find the strap very hard to put on.

the band is a little hard to keep on kids and they don't really make any alternative bands. the watch is still good just wish they had more bands that worked with it.

For $65 I got a watch in my wife's favorite color. Whoopty Doo! I was expecting to replace for Fitbit with a decent quality one. After all the last one she bought I wish she only paid $10 for it and it lasted her for 2 years and seem to be very accurate. This one, she is sitting beside me and it said that she went from 0 to 6 and a half hours sleep in about 5 minutes and it will turn about 3,000 steps into 16000 steps just by breathing. The manufacturer should be ashamed and Best Buy should pull the product. Even being advertised as a kids activity tracker, it should be priced more a toy watch for the price.

A little pointless, I didn't realize it wouldn't connect to my sons phone. That was the part he really wanted.

The device is very buggy. Also, the little piece that holds the overhang of the strap constantly moves, so my son has a big strap hanging down.
