    The Alta works pretty much like it says it does except the automatic exercise detection is a bit off.

    I liked this product overall, but I ended up wanting to upgrade to a tracker that could ultimately do more, such as more accurate fitness tracking and messaging. I did like that messages appeared and that it could notify me. Overall, good product for someone that wants to wear everyday but does not need all the tech gadget upgrades.
