Customers are saying

Customers regard the Alta Activity Tracker (Large) favorably for its sleep tracking, ease of use, and comfortable size. Many appreciate the long battery life and stylish design, along with features like step tracking and notifications. However, some users wish for a heart rate monitor and improved water resistance. A few also noted challenges with the clasp mechanism.

My preference would have been the one that has the HR function. Will probably give this to my son and get the one I really want. It works great otherwise.

I keep my new Fitbit charged so everyday my steps are back at 0 but for some reason it doesn't save my daily totals. Plan to take it to Best Buy next week.

Used to have the fitbit one, this is a good upgrade. The only downside, it doesn't record steps correctly if you're pushing a shopping cart or stroller.

The tracker is a great size but the band is very difficult to get on by yourself. Also the band caught on something and opened and fell off my arm.

Unfortunately this doesn't work well with older technology. Purchased for my mother and she doesn't have anything new enough to set it up.

I enjoy tracking my steps and checking my sleep record. I have to tap several times for time to show, which irritates me.

The screen does not always light up when tapped. I had the Fitbit flex and wanted to upgrade. This one is not that much different than the flex.

I have this and the upband and wore them together. One of them was way off so not sure if it is all that accurate or if it's the other one.

I bought one for me and my wife but for some reason my wife's Fitbit connected via Bluetooth but not mine. After reading reviews on other people having the same problem I decided to reinstall the software on iOS. This seemed to solve the problem. The problem with the device is it is not accurate at all at tracking steps. It is not responsive when I tap to wake it unless I keep tapping it. I wore the Alta only once since purchasing it.

This is a stylish product by the look, however, it's very hard to put it on and so stiff and uncomfortable to wear, and it doesn't react if you don't tap it hard enough. Bought it for my wife and she has only used it a couple of times because of the band. The packaging was destroyed and she has probably had it too long or I certainly would return it

This was great for motivation. I didn't find it to be very accurate in step counting. Especially if you are waking with a stroller.

I really liked this at first because I am an avid runner, but it kept having issues with syncing with my IPhone so I replaced it.
