I bought this for my daughter to upgrade her flex. Within 3 days, her wrist had what appeared to be an allergic reaction. Turned out to be a problem with the Alta electrically. We returned it directly to fitbit for a full refund. It really didn't work anyway. The step count was WAY off.

I find it very annoying that you have to tap multiple times on the Fitbit in order to read anything

This one works ok but the way the band connection is horrible. Really contemplating taking it back.

Hit and miss on whether it would work or not, called Fit Bit was told my phone was too old, went and bought new phone still no good, when asked what phone it would support was surprised to find out some of the phones were 5 years old. returned in and got the Samsung gear, couldn't be happier.

It didn't work very well or at all like it was supposed to. Didn't connect to my phone.

This was my wife's Fitbit. It worked okay but it has the little buttons use to attach the watchband. She found it difficult to put on and it wouldn't latch/ connect correctly. She didn't notice when the band got caught on a plastic bag handle and disconnected..on the beach..gone. She didn't have it a week! Think twice about this item

Hard to operate at times. Takes 5 to 6 taps to tell you the steps or calories.

Bought as a gift for my wife...she said she wanted one...big mistake, she hated it...did none of what she wanted...not intuitive at all, doesn't work if you use treadmill, elliptical or spin bike...relies on arm movement to track...for something so highly touted, turned out to be huge disappointment!

The touch to change screens works poorly, very disappointed

Not enough features. Going from jawbone to this was hard to do.

This is not a good tracker spend more and get an apple watch

Don't like the way the screen has everything go up and it is hard to read they should had done better research on this I returned mine in about 30 minutes and exchanged it for the charge I gave it one star because they don't have a negative star

Purchased this as a gift for a family member. He could never get it to sync with the phone app despite an appointment with tech support. Very disappointed and will probably return or exchange it.

I like the way the Alta looks, but I'm not happy with performance. Logs driving as steps. After just under a month, it takes forever to sync, and it's not accurate. Going back to my old Fitbit flex.
